I am having trouble setting the second y-axis on the right side and "VPD" is showing as a straight line since its values are much smaller than "PAR". It is slightly more involved, however subplot gives you control over the axes, and you can essentially have them appear similar to stackedplot with a bit of code. Stackplot is used to draw a stacked area plot. It seems like an easy fix but I've been stuck on it for a while. 066e-12 are relatively large when they're near the bottom of the axes, but relatively small when further up.
